In addition to the items listed above, this Service Contract will cover necessary repairs to all of the mechanical and electrical parts of Your RV except for those items listed under “F. WHAT IS NOT COVERED”

Camping Equipment Protection protects against listed camping equipment failure during a camping stay. Camping Equipment Failure means the identified and listed camping equipment item has a mechanical failure that disallows it’s proper use, when the listed camping equipment item is used during a camping stay.

  • RV Extended Warranty Coverage

    Exclusionary coverage for the house components of your RV. Any RV, up to 20 model years old, can be covered.

  • Camping Equipment Protection

    Camping Equipment Protection protects against listed camping equipment failure during a camping stay. What is covered? - Camping Stove or Grill, Camping Heater, Lantern, Camping lights and flashlights (rechargeable or battery powered, Portable Air Pump, Headlamp, Airbeds with built-in air pump, Portable refrigerator/freezer, Potable generator/power station.

  • RV Troubleshooting and Technical Assistance

    When you find yourself in a position where you need some guidance or assistance with a technical component of your RV, we’ll be there to answer your questions with trained RVDA/RVIA, ASE Certified Mechanics on call to assist

  • Towing

    Towing of your covered RV, or Tow Vehicle when towing your covered RV, to the Nearest Qualified Repair Facility. There are no mileage caps, or dollar caps when towing to the nearest qualified repair center. *Preference, commercial, or secondary tows are not permitted.*

  • Lockouts

    If you become locked out of your covered RV, or the Tow Vehicle when towing the covered RV. We will send out a provider to assist in obtaining access All parts, labor, and serice fees will be paid by the customer at time of service. We will pay the service providers trip fee.

  • Tire Service

    We will send out a tire service should you have a flat tire on your covered RV, or Tow Vehicle when towing the covered RV. We will have the Provider either repair your tire or replace it with your usable spare tire. We may assist to find a replacement tire, if you do not have a usable spare tire with you. All parts, labor, and serice fees will be paid by the customer at time of service. We will pay the service providers trip fee.

  • Battery Service

    Should your covered RV, or tow vehicle when towing the covered RV, require a jumpstart. We will send out a provider should you need a jumpstart. Jumpstart services apply to the chassis battery only.*

  • Delivery of Fuel and Emergency Liquids

    We will arrange for an emergency delivery of an emergency supply of gasoline, oil, DEF, water, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and braking fluid in case of immediate need, while travelling, for the covered RV or the tow vehicle when towing the covered RV. You are responsible for the cost of the fluid being delivered.

  • Winching

    If winch out or extraction services are required in order to tow the disabled vehicle. We will send out a winch service provider for the covered RV or the tow vehicle when towing the covered RV. Services will be rendered up to 100 feet off of a maintained road or in a commercial campground equipped for camping vehicles.

  • Mobile Mechanic

    We will dispatch a mobile mechanic for a mechanically disabled vehicle, when the vehicle is travelling, in order to secure the vehicle for safe travel. All parts, labor, and serice fees will be paid by the customer at time of service. We will pay the service providers trip fee.
